Sweet Cheeks Virtual Boot Camp provides the attention of a one-on-one training session, with the energy, fun, and cost savings of a group fitness class all in the comfort of your own home! Our programs combine aspects of:

 

  • full body dynamic exercises

  • agility training

  • sports conditioning

  • flexibility 

  • circuit training

  • interval training

  • fitness kickboxing

  • resistance training

Workouts are scheduled twice weekly and hosted online via Zoom. Your best experience will be from attending each session live, and we want you to log on with the group so we can coach you and have fun!
